Basil Defranco MD is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician with over 20 years of experience. Basil believes that self-confidence plays an essential role in our overall well-being which is why he has extended his practice to include aesthetic medicine.
Basil DeFranco, MD Board Certification Emergency Medicine Physician
Basil is a licensed, board certified Emergency Medicine physician with over 20 years of
experience, who has treated more than 100,000 Emergency Department encounters
within our region. Dr. DeFranco continues to work as an Emergency Medicine
Physician. Dr DeFranco has expanded his practice to include aesthetic and wellness
medicine. He has a passion for regenerative medicine and helping patients reach their
health, wellness and aesthetic goals. When Basil has free time you would likely find him
enjoying time with his family at the lake and playing frisbee with his dog Ranger.
Stephanie Michael, PA-C Board Certified + Licensed Clinical Provider,
Stephanie is a certified Physician Assistant and a graduate of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2010. She has trained and developed expertise in several fields of medicine, including Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, and Emergency Medicine. Her experience spans multiple disciplines of medicine and has allowed her to gain mastery in both lifesaving and therapeutic procedures. Trained in aesthetics by the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics and in intravenous micronutrient therapy as well, PA Stephanie is an essential member of Basil’s Aesthetics. Her primary focus continuous to be enhancing patients’ mental well-being, rejuvenating physical health, and boosting self-confidence. Stephanie spends her spare time camping and hiking with her two children and husband. She also loves cooking and trying new things.
Christina Schembeck, Skin Care Specialist
Christina is a licensed skin care specialist with over 20 years in the skin care industry. Christina’s passion for aesthetics began when she personally struggled with difficult acne prone skin. It was at this time, she realized the impact skin care had on self-confidence. Christina has been extensively trained and certified on multiple medical aesthetic services, but her passion is the Hydrafacial and SkinPen micro needling. She believes that with these devices combined, she has the ability to achieve real results with her clients. Whether it is improving fine lines and wrinkles, stimulating collagen or reducing years of acne scarring,Christina is prepared to help.
Christine has worked as a proficient and professional office coordinator with over 20 years’ experience in a healthcare setting. When she is not working Christine can be found spending time with her four children and her granddaughter.
Victoria is a Licensed Aesthetician and graduate from The Beauty Institute. She has trained and expanded her knowledge in aesthetics with multiple certifications for skin health, such as microneedling. Her passion is to help patients struggling with acne. Her focus is to create a relaxing and rejuvenating environment where patients skin goals can be achieved to boost confidence. Victoria is a lover of animals and has a flock of chickens. In her free time, she loves to hike with her dog, Gunner.
